Our start-up dental office is re-imagining the dental experience for patients. We are looking for a front office team member with excellent customer service skills, who is coachable, who is a team player and who vibes with our core focus and our values. Being coachable and a fast learner is more important to us than your experience in the dental field. With the right attitude and commitment, we can get you to be a phenomenal front desk liaison.

Responsibilities:

  • We are a start-up office so you would be responsible for all front office duties. We have outsourcing help for certain tasks as well (overflow phones, overflow insurance verification, claims etc)
  • Providing exceptional customer service when interacting with patients on the phone and in the office
  • Scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, preparing/submitting claims, coordinating new patient paperwork/consents, helping with other insurance/AR tasks
  • Presenting treatment to patients, collecting/processing payments, following up with patients
  • Ensuring the front office and lobby are clean and well-maintained

Hours:

  • Monday's 10am-6:30pm
  • Tuesday's 10am-4pm
  • Wednesday 10am-6:30pm
  • Thursday 10am-4pm
  • Saturday 8am-2pm
